For too long 'self defence' has been taught in a reactive manner. In today's society, reactive just isn't good enough. We need to be proactive about our personal safety. These seminars are not martial arts classes, although they will include an element of physical self defence. These classes are designed to keep you safe and living the kind of life you want to live without being paralysed by fear. Despite what you may think, violence is very predictable and very avoidable. It is our mission, through these seminars, to show you how to predict and avoid violence, and if absolutely necessary, to confront and defeat violence.
From learning the types of people and situations to avoid, to understanding why violence happens and the people it happens to, we endeavour to treat violence in a wholistic manner to give you the very best chance possible to live free from conflict and fear.
